Premature ejaculation (PE) occurs when a man (ejaculates) sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like.
As you know, premature ejaculation (PE) is the most common sexual problem in men. And most men struggle to stop premature ejaculation.
Experts say that two out of three adult men ejaculate too early during sex – too early for their liking, and certainly too soon for their partner's liking.
In fact, more than half of all men ejaculate after about three minutes of intercourse.
Explained as ejaculation before either partner is satisfied, PE is one of the most common complaints affecting most men from time to time.
It often occurs early in relationships when sexual arousal, some fear, and over-excitability are common features.
It is also very common in young men who are learning about sex and men of all ages after a long period of no sex. PE is not the result of any underlying disease, structural or physical problems.

I've outlined some very helpful tips to help you stop pee tonight.
1. Stop and Launch Approach to Prevent Premature Ejaculation
If you find yourself nearing climax, remove your penis from your partner and allow yourself enough slack to stop ejaculation. You can still learn to prolong sexual activity by starting and stopping sexual arousal.
2. Squeeze Technique Can Help Prevent PE
This procedure requires either the man or his partner to squeeze the tip of your penis for ten to twenty seconds when ejaculation is imminent, maintaining the stimulation for about 30 seconds and then continuing the stimulation.
This can be repeated until ejaculation is the most desired. The stop and launch approach should also be considered along with the squeeze method.
3. Self-distraction to Prevent PE
If your arousal level has gotten too high and a clear climax is starting, take a deep breath and think of something else, if possible, too boring.
You can lift again when you are less stimulated but maintain an erection.
4. Performance Anxiety
Performance nervousness is probably the most important reason and talking to your sexual partner about your feelings will help.
Remember that this is a common encounter for men and women. Get more rest and the problem usually goes away.
5. Desensitizing Cream for Prevention of Premature Ejaculation
Creams can be used to make the tip of the penis insensitive. They act like a local or topical anesthetic.
But I don't recommend using a desensitizing cream, because you don't want to have to use some cream for the rest of your life every time you have sex.
Thick condoms or two condoms can also prolong intercourse by reducing sensitivity and thus reducing arousal.
6. Masturbation to Stop PE
Knowing your feelings and sensations offers the possibility of gaining confidence. When men masturbate it is always done too early to ejaculate.
But it has to be done slowly while masturbating to prevent premature ejaculation. You need to pay attention to your body sensations and how your body feels before ejaculation.
This will help you to identify these sensations easily while having sex, and hence help you to prevent premature ejaculation.
7. Extra Foreplay Helps Prevent Premature Ejaculation
Stimulate your partner to a state of high arousal before penetration, so ejaculation and orgasm are often achieved at the same time.
You can also give your partner multiple orgasms with it, something that most women never experience with some men.
Remember that overcoming premature ejaculation can take some time as well as being proficient in sex.
